Sprung

  1. And that would be one of the things I like about Texas. I went to Austin for spring break a couple of years ago, and it was a great trip in March. All cheery and springlike, and full of flowers. The Lady Bird Johnson wildflower park is fabulous.

  2. Yay for hyacinth! Mine are only tiny little green spikes at the moment. Yours are gorgeous!

Pretty pictures! I so love the hyacinth. It seems that every year I forget they are there in my yard and one day I come home to the pleasant surprise of them poking out of the ground.

  4. I'm so jealous. We probably won't get hyacinths for another month or so! AAAAAAAGH!

  6. Ohhhhh... so very pretty! I tried to grow hyacinths once. It didn't work out so well. Those are lovely!! I'm green with envy. Although the snow is slowly disapearing here in Winnipeg, it'll be a long time until even the crocuses start to show there tiny green shoots.
